IT Support Specialist with German (Junior)

Project information:
- Location: Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Opole -> hybrid model of working in one the locations (40% in the office)
- Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours (shifts between 7:00 - 18:00)
- Type of project: IT Support/Service Desk
- Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
- Languages: German & English
Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support to German-speaking customers
- Responding to customers' queries and solving technical issues
- Managing ticketing system
- Performing troubleshooting activites (hardware, software, system)
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German & English (B2/C1 levels)
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- First IT support/helpdesk working experience (nice to have but it's not required)
