Job Description

• Receiving and resolving technical issue reports for store employees and headquarters.
• Developing, implementing, and updating materials and instructions related to technical equipment and IT software.
• Preparing, administering, and maintaining IT and telecommunication systems.
• Servicing computer devices used within the company.
• Ordering equipment and overseeing the installation process of telecommunication equipment in stores and headquarters.
• Managing schedules and collaborating with external service providers (internet, telecommunications).
• Supervising the installation of IT infrastructure in new stores.
• Coordinating the process of cash register installations in stores across Poland and relocating mobile cash registers.
• Installing and updating the cash register system, providing support in case of system failures and other issues.
• Ongoing collaboration with the IT Department at the headquarters in Germany.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support, IT, or technology infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in German (B2 level) enabling fluent communication - a mandatory requirement.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with IT devices (printers, scanners, terminals, cash register systems, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and network device configuration.
• Strong scheduling skills and good self-organization.
• Experience working with external vendors and coordinating technical projects will be a significant advantage.
• Valid Category B driving license.
