We are currently looking for talented individual to join our team as IT Support Specialist, with a particular focus on language skills in English and Dutch. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and contribute to the seamless operation of our clients systems. Your fluency in English and Dutch will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving technical challenges.

Your role

• Provide remote support to users in English and Dutch
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems through phone, and email, thanks to knowledge of business applications used in dealer
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
• Collaborate with users, customers, and support teams to ensure efficient problem resolution

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English and Dutch
• At least 6 months of proven experience in L1 Support or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to providing exceptional support
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
