As a IT Support Specialist, you will be part of technical support team, helping to ensure that the company`s systems, hardware, and software run smoothly. No prior experience is required, we provide full training and mentorship.

Project information:
- Type of project: IT Support

- Working hours: 24/7
- Languages: English & Brazilian Portuguese
- Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of computer hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with other IT team members on ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow (nice to have)
