  • The Product is a service designed to support company Price Managers globally in Parts Pricing.
  • The Run-Time Team is responsible for delivering support, knowledge, and maintenance for the solution, business users, stakeholders, and legacy systems.
  • This opportunity offers valuable experience and insight into the Pricing area, as well as a chance to interact with the Intelligent Part Pricing Management ecosystem.
  • The Parts Pricing application interfaces with a number of legacy systems from different brands, with EDW/DataMart at the core.

responsibilities :


  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the Parts Pricing application and related systems.
  • Assist business users and stakeholders with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the Run-Time Team to ensure the stability and growth of the Product.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support pricing decisions and strategies.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to support processes and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with developers and IT support to design and implement system improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.

requirements-expected :


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in (technical) support and system analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experienced with SQL.
  • ITIL fundamentals.
  • Proficient in data analysis and database management.
  • Experienced with system integration and data migration.
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
