The Product is a service designed to support company Price Managers globally in Parts Pricing.
The Run-Time Team is responsible for delivering support, knowledge, and maintenance for the solution, business users, stakeholders, and legacy systems.
This opportunity offers valuable experience and insight into the Pricing area, as well as a chance to interact with the Intelligent Part Pricing Management ecosystem.
The Parts Pricing application interfaces with a number of legacy systems from different brands, with EDW/DataMart at the core.
responsibilities :
Provide technical support and maintenance for the Parts Pricing application and related systems.
Assist business users and stakeholders with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with the Run-Time Team to ensure the stability and growth of the Product.
Analyze and interpret data to support pricing decisions and strategies.
Maintain and update documentation related to support processes and procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work with developers and IT support to design and implement system improvements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of professional experience in (technical) support and system analysis.
Strong analytical skills.
Experienced with SQL.
ITIL fundamentals.
Proficient in data analysis and database management.
Experienced with system integration and data migration.
Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English.
