The IT Support Specialist will manage IT operations for both the project site and the office. This role will be responsible for planning, setting up, commissioning, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The specialist will work in close coordination with the central IT and Information Security teams to ensure secure and uninterrupted operations.

Specjalista ds. Wsparcia IT będzie zarządzał operacjami IT zarówno na terenie projektu, jak i w biurze. Do jego zadań będzie należało planowanie, instalacja, uruchamianie i utrzymanie infrastruktury IT. Specjalista będzie ściśle współpracował z centralnym działem IT oraz zespołem ds. bezpieczeństwa informacji, aby zapewnić bezpieczne i nieprzerwane działanie systemów.
responsibilities :
Plan, design, and implement the network and system infrastructure for the project site and office, including preparing requirements, following up the procurement process, and ensuring successful deployment.
Network management: Installation, maintenance, and management of Fortinet, Cisco, HP, Aruba, and similar network devices.
Virtualization and server management: Administration of VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server environments.
Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and manage regular backup processes.
Manage local IT services (PDKS (Personnel Attendance Control System), File Server, Active Directory and related systems).
Install computers using central IT’s standard image templates.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Manage peripherals such as IP phones, printers, and other office devices.
Maintain IT inventory, license management, and documentation.
Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement security policies and address security-related requests promptly.
Ensure effective coordination with the central IT team, site teams, and vendors.
requirements-expected :
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Hands-on experience with networks, servers, virtualization, security, and end-user support.
Relevant vendor certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE are preferred.
Good knowledge of routing, switching, and VPN technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, etc.).
Proficient communication skills in Turkish, English, and Polish.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and demanding site conditions.
No restrictions on international travel; for male candidates, military service must be completed.
Knowledge or certification in ITIL processes.
Experience in energy plants, industrial facilities, or large-scale projects is an asset.
