Key responsibilities:
- Handle support cases in ServiceNow from internal and external users.
- Handle support mailbox with questions
- Loading data (loading packages and missing data)
- Monitor Impact application
- Pro-activity and preventive maintenance activities
- Participate in the on‑call rotation and handle major incidents outside regular hours
- Support Sunday release/change activities when required
Soft Skills:
- Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
- Have a passion for the user and understanding their frustration and business opportunities
- Open minded and honest, team player
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Linux servers administration (DB, VM, OnPrem, knowledge of basic Unix/Linux commands practical usage)
- SQL – very good level in practice
- Oracle SQL - very good level in practice
- Work with documentation, reading and writing
- Experience in Microsoft Azure solutions (nice to have)
- Basic Programming skills in JAVA, Python or PowerShell scripting (nice to have)
