• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from users
• Troubleshoot and fix common Windows and application issues
• Support hardware, printers, and mobile device setup
• Manage user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory
• Work with IT teams and communicate clearly with users
• Record issues and update the knowledge base
• Monitor incidents and escalate when needed

• Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
• Good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix, and VPN
• Able to solve hardware and network problems
• Fluent in English and one of other languages: Italian, Swedish, Polish, Finnish, or Danish
• Experience with ticket systems like Jira Service Desk
