• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly and competent communication
• Registering, classifying, and prioritizing incidents in the ticket system
• Forwarding tickets to the appropriate departments
• Monitoring ticket status and ensuring timely processing
• Handling standard inquiries and issues
• Providing solutions for frequently occurring problems
• Documenting solutions and sharing information with the team
• Processing administrative and technical service requests
• Managing contract documents, access and identity management
• Active Directory permissions management

• Completed education in IT or a comparable qualification
• 1 - 5 years of experience in customer service or helpdesk environment
• Solid knowledge of ticket systems and helpdesk software
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Good IT knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructures
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems
• Experience with remote support tools and techniques
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B1 level in both written and spoken).
