IT Operations is a Competency Center responsible for tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung), servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).
Currently we are looking for IT Support Specialists who will be responsible for on-site user support, maintenance, and quality improvement of the IT services.
Your tasks
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to hardware, software, and network
- Assisting in the preparation of new computer equipment, including installations, configurations, assignment of user accounts, and access rights
- Providing technical guidance and support to users on IT-related issues, including applications, email, and remote access solutions
- Configuring servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi networks on a basic level
- Working in accordance with standards such as ITIL, PRINCE
- Documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to streamline knowledge sharing and end-user training
- Cooperating with the IT team to implement and maintain the IT infrastructure - servers, network hardware, and software systems
Requirements:
- Minimum year of experience working in the IT industry - including internships, apprenticeships
- Minimum intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
- Experience in support and configuration of Microsoft 365 applications
- Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
- Knowledge of server configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
- Communication skills, openness, and good organization of own work
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
