We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site technical assistance at the office and manufacturing facility of a leading automotive client. You will maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, manage systems and applications, and support end-users. Your role will involve responding to incidents, mitigating risks, and supporting the implementation of new IT solutions to improve operational efficiency. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment with complex IT systems and can manage priorities in a dynamic setting, this position is ideal for you.
responsibilities :
Providing IT operations support by handling tasks related to production, quality, logistics, and resolving network or infrastructure issues
Diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software on the shop floor or in the control center, following available documentation
Managing system tickets by creating, updating, and closing requests to ensure efficient problem resolution
Maintaining network infrastructure and devices through patching, troubleshooting, and overseeing the proper functioning of shop floor equipment
requirements-expected :
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in direct technical support for users and IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in an international team, as well as participation in recruitment interviews conducted in English
Readiness to work in a 24/7 shift system, limited to the factory in Jawor
