Currently, we are looking for a new IT Support Specialist to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team.
responsibilities :
Microsoft365 Administration and Support: Manage Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and InTune,
Azure AD (Entra ID): Handle user accounts, MFA, and group roles,
Atlassian Tools: Support Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence,
Laptop Servicing: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance,
User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create documentation,
Incident and Problem Management: Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on solutions.
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years in a similar support role,
Experience of working with macOS (with Apple laptops), in particular managing them remotely,
Good knowledge of Microsoft365 digital workplace,
Good knowledge of Atlassian products,
The ability to work flexible, being self-responsible and success-commited person,
Motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge,
Solving problem skills and client facing skills,
Eagerness to visit our Warsaw office at least 2-3 times a week to support internal customers.
