As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll report to the Global IT Support Manager and be part of a dedicated support organization. Your main mission is to manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets—delivering timely, accurate, and user-friendly solutions.

Serve as the first point of contact for support requests via the Service Portal and phone.
Clarify, screen, and resolve user-reported issues.
Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Provide 2nd level support for a wide range of business-critical applications.
Liaise with internal product teams and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution.
