  • Join our team as an IT Support Specialist (1st Line) and become an essential part of our IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting end-users, maintaining hardware, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Your role will include troubleshooting, configuration, and administration within a collaborative global IT environment.

responsibilities :


  • Provide support for user workstation hardware (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.).
  • Offer assistance with Microsoft family services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, M365).
  • Support users in Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems efficiently.
  • Handle installation and configuration of new systems per internal standards.
  • Collaborate with Group IT for network equipment operations.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems and basic Office 365 administration.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and diagnosing network issues (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under time pressure.
  • Independent, reliable, and committed to delivering quality solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, enabling seamless communication with global teams.
