Key Responsibilities:
- resolving hardware & software issues reported by GetResponse employees
- Active Directory & Office 365 administration
- Windows Server administration (Hyper-V & Microsoft Azure)
- MDM administration (Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune)
- maintaining IT hardware in the office
- maintaining SaaS & support services
- participating in the onboarding processes for new hires
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- 2+ year work experience in an IT Support or IT Helpdesk environment
- very good knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environment
- ability to use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen
- ability to train users to work with new computer hardware or software
- experience in network management
- technical English language proficiency
- excellent Polish language skill
- very good social and communication skills (ability to handle large volume of inquiries)
- driving license would be an asset
Salary range:
- contract of employment: 6 100 PLN - 11 330 PLN gross per month
