responsibilities :
The team maintains operational hundreds of servers, network devices, and other hardware, ensuring their continuous monitoring. In addition to operational tasks, you will collaborate with us to execute projects that will significantly transform the face of our department and the entire organization.
requirements-expected :
Have approximately 2 years of experience in the user support area (1st or 2nd line) in a medium or large organization
Have extensive technical knowledge of computer and peripheral operation
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows family operating systems
Show experience supporting an enterprise mobile environment (Android/iOS)
Demonstrate proficiency in applications from the Google Workspace or MS Office environment
Have experience working in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira / ServiceNow)
Are fluent in an Active Directory-based environment, with familiarity with terms like, VPN, PXE, MDM, SCCM, O365
Effectively use Internet resources to solve unusual problems
Have ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels (technical and non-technical people, leaders, executives) and adapt the message to different types of audiences
Have good command of the English language (preferred B2 level) to engage in conversations and written communication with users and colleagues from abroad
