Job Description
- Own and resolve incidents escalated by 1st Line Support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in hybrid and cloud environments.
- Ensure security by managing phishing threats, MFA, and access reviews.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including 3rd Line Support and external vendors.
- Conduct access audits and maintain compliance across systems.
- Support and train Service Desk teams to enhance service capabilities.
- Drive process improvement and contribute to the "Shift-Left" strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years in IT systems engineering or administration, with 2nd/3rd Line experience.
- Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including PowerShell and SCCM.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in hybrid (cloud/on-prem) environments.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks for IT systems.
