We are looking for an experienced IT Support Process Coordinator to join Sii and support our client, a global organization in the food production industry, recognized for large‑scale manufacturing and international operations.
In this role, you will coordinate IT Support activities across multiple technical teams, improve service processes, and contribute to knowledge and documentation development within the IT service lifecycle. You will work in an international environment, requiring excellent communication skills and strong process awareness.

responsibilities :
Coordinate IT Support activities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams, external vendors, and specialist units, ensuring smooth communication and process alignment
Monitor incident flow, escalations, priorities, and service performance, making sure all tickets follow defined procedures and SLA guidelines
Oversee and co-create service processes within the IT support lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational consistency
Analyze incident and problem trends to identify recurring issues, risks, and process gaps, and support Incident & Problem Management tasks such as initiating RCA and tracking corrective actions
Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation for the knowledge base, including process descriptions, instructions, and technical guidelines, in cooperation with cross-functional teams
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Management, or coordination roles
Fluent English (C1) for daily communication with international teams
Practical understanding of the IT service/support lifecycle (ITIL or similar)
Experience with Incident and Problem Management, including analysis of service trends
Ability to create structured documentation (process descriptions, KB articles, guidelines)
