  • We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global innovator in fitness and wellness technology. Their mission is to empower people to live fit, strong, long, and happy lives by delivering integrated experiences to millions of members anytime, anywhere.
  • As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, and user devices across multiple offices. Acting as a senior escalation point, you’ll tackle complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and help standardize IT operations.
  • You’ll focus primarily on macOS environments (about 90% of the user base) while maintaining support for Windows and Linux systems. This is a hands-on technical role that combines problem-solving expertise with exceptional communication and service orientation.

responsibilities :


  • Deliver expert-level support for macOS systems — configuration, deployment, and user assistance.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Linux-based systems.
  • Manage device enrollment and configuration using Jamf Pro (preferred).
  • Handle escalations from Level 1–3 support engineers, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and related networking services.
  • Oversee hardware procurement, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure accurate configuration and documentation of IT systems.
  • Maintain and improve deployment processes and automation scripts.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance on troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global IT and engineering teams to align on standards and improvements.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and IT documentation efforts.

requirements-expected :


  • 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong command of macOS troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment.
  • Deep understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, TCP/IP).
  • Proven skills in PC and Mac repair, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with AWS environments or server administration is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
