As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, and user devices across multiple offices. Acting as a senior escalation point, you’ll tackle complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and help standardize IT operations.
You’ll focus primarily on macOS environments (about 90% of the user base) while maintaining support for Windows and Linux systems. This is a hands-on technical role that combines problem-solving expertise with exceptional communication and service orientation.
