The Salesforce Administrator and Analyst will be part of the IT Global Support Pillar which is supporting a community of 1300 + user. This role will be the primary production support person for Salesforce: Service Cloud/Field Service, as well as secondary support for Sales and Marketing.

The support pillar is supporting the existing functionality of key business applications resolving all incidents/requests within an existing Service Level Agreement.

This role will service as application subject matter expert, salesforce administrator for maintenance and housekeeping, analyst for determining root cause of issues, as well as the voice of the community.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead Support role for the Global Service Community
• Basic salesforce admin support task: user setup, data issues/fixes, report/dashboard, analysis/investigation, maintenance
• Maintain Training Documentation
• Support and Maintenance of Salesforce Service

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years experience with Salesforce
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Sale Cloud
• Experience supporting salesforce large global communities with integration to ERP + 1000
• Expertise in Salesforce Admin: role/profile, fields, Page layout, validation, process builder, workflow rules, approval, reports/dashboards, flow

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

•          Salesforce Certified Admin

•          Experience Field Service and Partner Community

•          Experience with SAP and Knowledge of Informatica integration tool or comparable mapping tool.

•          Experience w/ Salesforce Flows
