We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Natek’s team, support a banking company and provide on-site technical assistance to end users. This role involves hands-on support with hardware, software and IT environments, including onboarding and user training.
This is 100% onsite work and part-time job.
responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site users requiring IT support, ensuring high responsiveness and professionalism.
Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, installations, replacements, and configurations.
