The project focuses on providing comprehensive end-user IT support in a combined office and production environment.
As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting client devices and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient daily operations in compliance with internal IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and quality and security audits.
This role plays a key part in supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.
responsibilities :
Provide first- and second-level end-user support for office and production employees
Support client devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Manage user accounts, access rights, and group memberships in Active Directory / Azure AD
Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace end-user devices according to IT standards
Handle tickets and incidents in line with defined SLAs
Cooperate with global IT teams and external service providers when required
requirements-expected :
Technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field
Min. 4 years of experience in end-user IT support or Service Desk roles
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Strong end-user support and customer service orientation
Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good communication skills in English
