We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reproducing, and analyzing issues in source code and database structures. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our applications and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
responsibilities :
Download and analyze source code to reproduce and diagnose reported issues.
Investigate bugs in C# code and SQL database tables.
Document problem resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to third-level support when necessary.
Refer to application documentation, including descriptions of common problems, to facilitate issue resolution.
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in reading and understanding source code in object-oriented and scripting programming languages.
Preferred languages: C#, .NET, PowerShell.
Preferred tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Code,
Expertise in SQL programming language for database analysis and troubleshooting.
Preferred databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL.
Preferred tools: Microsoft SQL Management Studio, DBeaver.
