• We are looking for IT Support Engineer to support our customer IT team.

• Troubleshooting various user issues on Windows 11 workstations (e.g., microphone configurations for Teams, tool setup for Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Workstation resets, including factory resets for onboarding/offboarding processes and PC crashes.
• Remote support to assist users with initial setup and updates.
• Managing Microsoft Teams and other IT tooling.
• Managing user permissions and group access.
• Inventory and stock management for IT equipment.
• Managing access and security policies for the IT infrastructure through Azure.

• Experience on the similar position (helpdesk, IT support).
• Experience with Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft Teams and other IT tools configuration.
• Knowledge of technologies and methods for analyzing and monitoring the status of IT environments.
• Very good comunication skills.
• Fluent in English, French and/or German is a plus.
