Must-have:

  • Professional experience in IT support / service desk / desktop support (typically 2+ years, but skills matter most)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints and workplace tooling
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams/Outlook/OneDrive) and common MFA/access topics
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — you will support users in multiple countries
  • Strong customer mindset: calm, structured, and able to explain solutions clearly

Nice-to-have / bonus:

  • Dutch language skills (bonus)
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) / Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin basics
  • Familiarity with Intune / Autopilot or other endpoint management solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL basics and experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice, etc.)

End-user support (1st line, growing into 2nd line): , 1.1 Provide friendly and effective remote support for day-to-day workplace issues across EU locations , 1.2 Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows laptops/desktops, peripherals, printers, Teams/Outlook, and connectivity , 1.3 Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks (accounts, devices, access, standard requests) , 1.4 Escalate complex issues to specialists and coordinate with vendors when needed , 1.5 Ensure strong follow-up and clear user communication until closure , 2. Microsoft 365 & identity basics: , 2.1 Support common M365 topics (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint basics, MFA) , 2.2 Assist with user/access administration based on agreed processes (e.g., groups, shared mailboxes, basic permissions) , 3. Device & workplace operations: , 3.1 Coordinate device preparation and deployment (local/remote), replacements, and returns , 3.2 Support endpoint security and compliance basics (updates, EDR client health, disk encryption) , 3.3 Maintain asset/inventory accuracy and support device lifecycle processes , 4. Service quality & improvement: , 4.1 Create and maintain knowledge articles / “how-to” guides , 4.2 Identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements to reduce tickets , 4.3 Support the transition from local vendor support toward centralised remote support (standardisation and consolidation) Requirements: Tools: .
