Obowiązki
• Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
• Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
• Repair and replace equipment if necessary.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests
• Set up accounts for new users
• Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing
Wymagania
• At least 2 years of experience in IT
• Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, up to date with the latest technologies and trends. Experience with Linux is a plus.
• Experience with Intune
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
