We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of IT Support Consultant. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a key point of contact for IT-related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs promptly.

responsibilities :
Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
Repair and replace equipment if necessary
Respond promptly to service issues and requests
Set up accounts for new users
Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in IT
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, up to date with the latest technologies and trends. Experience with Linux is a plus.
Experience with Intune
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
