responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & User Support
Provide comprehensive support for Windows OS, MS Product Suite, PCs, laptops, and printers.
Troubleshoot network and device issues, install software, and resolve system errors.
Deliver IT onboarding training for new employees.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize system downtime.
Security & Asset Management
Operate and maintain endpoint, server, and network security solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including setup, issuance, return, and disposal.
Oversee physical security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and ID badge management.
Coordinate closely with Korean HQ to implement global IT and security solutions.
General Affairs & Operations
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and scheduling (car washes/upkeep) with authorized service centers.
Provide driving and transportation support for VIP visitors as part of official hospitality protocols.

requirements-expected :

Languages: Proficiency in Korean and English is required; Polish is desirable.
Driving: Valid Category B Driving License.
Technical Knowledge: Basic IT knowledge (technical education is a significant advantage).
Experience: Previous experience in IT/OA support or security is welcomed.
