For our FMCG client, they are looking for an IT Deskside Support (DSS) engineer with good knowledge of IT infrastructure to provide desktop support to end users. The person in this position will be responsible for installing computers and hardware, software, user support.

What we expect

• 1-4 years of experience in desktop support and services with exposure to infrastructure.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams applications and video conferencing technology.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Jira or similar.
• Experience with Azure AD, Intune, AD Manager, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, SharePoint Admini Exchange.

Your tasks

• Inventory of all IT assets, such as laptops, monitors, mobile devices,keyboards and mice, etc.
• Verification of IT assets and completion of all related documentation and administration.
• Creating/deleting user accounts and access on Windows laptops, Mac OS, iOS and Android mobile devices,
• Ensuring installation of necessary software.
