Responsibilities:

  1. Handling access and support requests, including ticket management using Kanban.
  2. Automating our access provisioning and support processes.
  3. Triaging incidents, understanding the proximate cause, and routing to the appropriate team for resolution.
  4. Helping to create and maintain documentation for users and support teams, including incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:

  1. Platform Operations & Support.
  2. Empathetic customer & stakeholder management.
  3. Ability to manage incidents and requests through to resolution.
  4. Ability to follow and improve support processes, workflows, and playbooks.
  5. Administration of Azure Entra ID and PIM.
  6. Administration of Power BI apps, workspaces, and user access.
  7. Cloud monitoring & security management using Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics.
  8. Any experience of endpoint & application management using Intune is also a benefit.
