Working in the IT department, you will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as a solid understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems, certificate management, and Active Directory. Your expertise in various tools, such as device imaging systems, Office 365 administration, Okta, and password management, will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations.

responsibilities :
Provide technical support and manage ticketing systems: Resolve IT issues promptly, taking ownership of tickets and escalating to other support teams when needed. Accurately log issues, prioritize tasks, and adhere to SLAs for incident resolution.
Manage the starter / leaver process including preparing all required devices and accessories, imaging, preparing initial configuration, tagging and register within the asset management system.
Troubleshoot issues in Windows and MacOS environments, including configuring systems per corporate requirements, and supporting essential applications. Resolve network issues, including basic VPN/proxy troubleshooting, and use remote support tools and integrated systems provisioning and patching solution.
Manage Office 365 environments, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with configuring various applications and services. This involves resolving employee issues with the Microsoft Office suite, emphasizing the need for proficiency in Office applications across both Windows and MacOS environments.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Follow-Me print solution, Soft-phone system such as RingCentral, or Conference Room AV systems to ensure seamless collaboration for employees.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role, with demonstrated strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems is essential.
Strong knowledge and experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer and Splashtop.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across multiple offices.
