We are currently looking for a dynamic IT Support Analyst to join our helpdesk team, serving the needs of our client in the banking industry.
The role is part of a multifunctional team comprising cybersecurity scientists, data and analytics specialists, and engineers, all leveraging the power of data, analytics, and AI/ML to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities.
responsibilities :
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be a key member of the Operations Team, supporting the cloud-based data warehouse and analytics platform. Your responsibilities will include service management, user and identity management, production support, and security operations. This is a hands-on technical role requiring knowledge of Azure Cloud, identity and access management, and Power BI.
requirements-expected :
Administration of Azure Entra ID and PIM
Administration of Power BI apps, workspaces, and user access
Cloud monitoring and security management using Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics
