responsibilities :
Ensure user help desk support for IT incidents and requests (level 1), including analysis and problem-solving
Communicate effectively during IT incidents to keep stakeholders informed
Monitor the IT production environment proactively to identify potential issues
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes
Perform release quality checks to maintain high standards
requirements-expected :
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT
Functional knowledge in Structured Finance (knowledge of Loan IQ software will be a plus)
Fluency in Polish and English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
Availability to work in shifts (between 9:00 and 19:00)
