responsibilities :
Develop and implement internal IT strategy aligned with business goals
Design and implement IT solutions and system architectures
Provide user training and ongoing IT support (Helpdesk)
Manage user accounts and access rights (Account Management)
Define, implement, and enforce IT security policies
Ensure compliance of IT strategy with organizational and regulatory requirements
Conduct studies to determine optimal use of available technical resources
Procure new IT systems and improve existing hardware and software solutions
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and anti-malware solutions
Ensure regular data backups and maintain disaster recovery plans
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT security and data protection
Reconfigure and optimize hardware solutions as needed
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in IT at least 2+
Excellent knowledge of Polish and English language
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking
Experience with cybersecurity, data protection, and backup solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a user-oriented mindset
