requirements-expected :

to be a member of the teams that provide end-user support for at least 2 years,
high level experience of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products,
exceptional end user support service skills with a problem-solving attitude,
multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
able to troubleshoot a large variety of technical issues,
experience in remote support,
advanced knowledge of the following: O365, macOS, IOS and android, peripherals unit management, wiring, printing techs, audio-visual systems,
fluent in Polish and English.
