  • Active Directory

responsibilities :


  • Resolving service requests and incidents from ServiceDesk queue,
  • Answering and registering service requests and incidents via phone calls,
  • Remote end users support,
  • Prepare and maintain IT documentation
  • Creating-Managing user accounts in Active Directory-Office 365-Exchange
  • Co-operation with other teams in Denmark and Malaysia,
  • Assisting with resolving network problems.

requirements-expected :


  • u:
  • Have min. 1 year experience with end user support.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills,
  • Are fluent in English both in written and speech.
  • Shall expect approximately 20 travel days a year.
  • Are familiar with managing accounts in Active Directory-Office 365,
  • Have basic network knowledge - experience with network issues troubleshooting will be an advantage,
