In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global IT Service Desk team and provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to our business operations. You will also participate in different IT projects.

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of corporate functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, a global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases.

As an IT Specialist, you will join our multicultural team of IT Supporters located in Krakow and provide IT support to Lundbeck globally. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated team, develop your IT skills, and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

What You Bring to the Team

1. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years, particularly in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems.
3. Language Proficiency: C1 level in both English and Danish .
4. Soft Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a multinational team.

You are known for your technical understanding and your eagerness to learn. You work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive demeanor even in challenging situations.
