Day to day operation and maintenance of office IT infrastructure
On site 1st line and 2nd line support
Close cooperation with external IT service providers
IT monitoring, problem solving
Design of new concepts and IT solutions, if required
Maintaining security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines and equipment
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Development, reviewing and coordination of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures
IT system audits
Recommend IT strategies, policies and procedures to the Management
Manage and control IT expenditure within agreed budget
Tendering, ordering, acquisition, inventory keeping of IT equipment in accordance with the agreed budget
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Wymagania
English language at minimum B1 level
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft servers, Teams
Ability to work in an international environment
Good knowledge of network security aspects and communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL Server, Project Server, Sharepoint Server
