Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for printing and scanning systems and applications
Ensure availability, performance, and security of the print/scan infrastructure
Administer print servers, device configurations, drivers, and related backend systems
Contribute to service documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational guidelines
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Support compliance, security, and hardening activities
requirements-expected :
3-year job-specific vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or similar and at least 2 years of work experience, e.g. as a technician, master craftsman, yard manager (m/f/d)
Extensive professional experience in the administration of IT systems and applications
Analytical thinking skills and strong interpersonal skills, especially important in production environments
