Responsibilities:
2nd line support for all DSV Road applications
Close cooperation with product teams, solving technical challenges
Supporting deployment activities and making them as stable and safe as possible
Building scripts to support automated deployments or testing
Supporting and challenging product teams in their efforts to continuously improve their technical setup and knowledge
Working in an international environment
Requirements:
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
Relevant degree within IT or engineering
Technical support knowledge for either in-house or cloud-based IT infrastructure
Great communication skills
Ability to manage own time and timely execution of assigned tasks
Willingness to work in an agile environment
Nice to have:
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting
Experience with XML for data analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions
ITIL Certification or understanding of ITIL principles for effective IT incident management
