Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain printer and multi-functional devices within the Schaeffler network
• Address and resolve printing service issues, such as driver management, printer server administration, and firmware rollouts
• Provide project support for printer hardware and software projects
• Enhance service quality for existing printing solutions
• Assist in the selection and standardization of printers and multifunctional devices
• Oversee and manage service providers within managed print service contracts

Your Qualifications

• Diploma in Information or Communications Technology or relevant IT training
• Proficiency in Service Level Management, IT Operations, IT Infrastructures, TI Security, and penetration tests
• Familiarity with modern IT architectures and process standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle conflicts and facilitate discussions
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Ability to independently find solutions and interest in new technologies
