responsibilities :
Managing and optimizing mobile subscriptions across multiple global vendors (e.g., Telenor, Vodafone, EE, Play).
Coordinating SIM lifecycle, number porting, data plans, roaming configurations, and assignments via our Mobile Device Management ecosystem.
Monitoring performance indicators such as call completion rates, roaming usage, incident trends, cost benchmarking, and quarterly vendor reports.
Supporting incident and problem management, working with vendors to maintain SLA compliance and resolve issues.
Ensuring stable operations through alignment with Arla’s service goals, governance structures, and quarterly performance reporting.
requirements-expected :
Experience with mobile technologies (GSM, SIM, eSIM, roaming, corporate subscriptions).
Experience in mobile telecommunications, with a focus on mobile service management and optimization.
Strong understanding of mobile network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
Knowledge of subscription lifecycle processes, vendor coordination, and telecom billing structures.
Ability to understand and interpret vendor dashboards, traffic reports, and maintenance notifications.
Familiarity with IT service management (INC, CHG, problem management) and operational governance.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to service optimization.
Collaborative and communicative — you’ll work closely with three experienced Mobile Device Specialists and our Telco Senior Specialist.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves extensive communication with users, vendors, and global stakeholders.
Curious, self-driven and proactive — you naturally take ownership of tasks, seek clarity where needed, and drive progress independently rather than waiting for instructions.
Outcome‑focused, not task‑focused — able to translate technical work into clear outcomes, value, and impact for the business.
Willing to travel occasionally for workshops, vendor meetings, or team gatherings (when required).
