• Wireless network management: Administering access points (APs) and Wi-Fi connections
• Fault handling: Troubleshooting and rapid system recovery
• Hardware inspection: Server room device inspections and internal post-failure checks, including logging into equipment
• Configuration backups:
• Creating device configuration backups to enable quick disaster recovery
• Partnership with vendors: Contact with maintenance companies and Cisco technical support

• Minimum B2 level of English
• Higher education or secondary technical education (computer science, telecommunications, or related field)
• Experience in a similar position (at least 1–2 years)
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge preferred)
• Knowledge of networking (LAN, VPN, firewall basics)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work with users
