responsibilities :

• Administering and maintaining computer hardware, networks, and IT systems within the company
• Providing technical support for employees (HelpDesk, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues)
• Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software
• Supervising IT system security (backups, antivirus protection, access control)
• Collaborating with external IT service providers
• Documenting processes and service requests

• Good knowledge of Windows systems (Linux knowledge will be an asset)
• Understanding the basics of networking (LAN, VPN, firewalls, routing)
• Ablility to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Communicative and enjoys working with end users
