IT Specialist Miejsce pracy: Gliwice Technologies we use Expected Azure AD SCCM Operating system Windows About the project IT Specialist will be part of Fortaco Group IT Team as well as will work together with Business Site’s IT to identify and implement common Group IT policies and synergies as well as benchmark ways of working and implement best practices. Your responsibilities Support in managing and maintaining servers and network equipment. Support in maintenance of AD structure (authorizations, updates). Support in IT hardware and infrastructure maintenance. Support in IT infrastructure incident management (including cooperation with 3rd parties) Support in new IT projects implementations. Support in processing system authorization requests. Support and coordination for new systems implementation. Support in cloud-based IT security systems and services management Monitor and status checking for antivirus systems. Monitoring and reporting on network performance and usage. Building IT knowledge base. Participation in the development of IT procedures and policies. Apply and promote Fortaco Code of Conduct internally as well as in supplier relations. Our requirements Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related. Min. 5 years of professional experience in supporting ICT, Wide experience in Windows server platforms and Windows based products and services (like Azure AD, SCCM, IIS, RDS). Experience with system / network management. Proven track-record in support of building well-functioning cross functional cooperation with and among business sites as well as ability to work successfully in different cultures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English, both in speaking and in writing. Fluency in other EU languages shall be an asset. Team player and a good network builder with proven track-record in building cross functional cooperation and ability to manoeuvre and collaborate successfully in different cultures. Self-starter, solution and result-orientation and the drive to follow through from opportunity identification to implementation. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders. Resistance to stress and time pressure. Assertiveness, flexibility.
