Execute daily tasks related to Cisco Telephony/UC operations and maintenance, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment ITIL processes
Monitoring and support implementation/integration of Unified Communications solutions
Work closely with external vendors on variety of requests, issues, and projects
Create and update operational documentation

Practical knowledge about Cisco Unified Communications
Experience with Cisco UC, Expressway Edge, and Webex - CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certifications or equivalent level of skills and experience will be a plus
Experience with SIP messages and understanding of dependence of VoIP technologies on underlying carrier networks (SIP, PSTN)
Familiarity of the UC network architecture
Understanding of network switching and routing as related to a Unified Communications and Voice over IP networks, including SIP protocol suite
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity and understanding of best IT practices (ITIL)
