responsibilities :
Ensuring telephone, remote or presence support to technical problems of users
Provide first level support for all Software and Hardware in the plant
Handling Help Desk requests adhering to response times and service levels defined in SLAs
Provide first level support for ERP software use, and processes, including reporting and interface activities into other applications
Work closely with the central IT team in order to implement IT solutions both hardware and software
Develop and maintain skills to provide IT hardware / software support (inc. above systems) to provide efficient problem resolution and increase knowledge sharing
Work directly with local suppliers to support and implement local solutions following guidance from central IT
requirements-expected :
A degree or current study in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a similar engineering background
Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT related issues
Experience in IT Helpdesk, Networking, Identity and Access management (AD), Windows / Unix
Ability to work with technical documentation
Strong communication skills
English language skills sufficient for analyzing technical documents and verbal communication
