Implementing changes: testing new hardware and software to ensure smooth transitions and minimize downtime
Managing and preparing documentation: maintaining service catalog, documentation and version control of existing solutions
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and user work environments
Collaborating on information security projects and IT audits
Creating and updating technical documentation, procedures, and operational instructions
Reporting hardware, software, and telecommunication issues to external service providers

Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments
Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure fundamentals
Experience working with end users in a business environment

Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users

Very good knowledge of systems including Office 365, Windows 11, iOS, and Android
