responsibilities :
Providing hands-on support for infrastructure, workplace environment, and connectivity in cases requiring on-site presence.
Collaborating with an external international service provider to optimize user support.
Regularly checking the health of local IT systems and infrastructure together with external providers, and initiating/supporting corrective actions in case of failures.
Supporting the central GEA IT department in situations requiring manual actions, e.g., manual device installation, updating switches according to technical descriptions, etc.
Managing local equipment, maintaining asset lists, and verifying IT equipment deliveries from external suppliers.
Working with ticketing tools – creating and processing assigned tickets.
Maintaining and updating local IT documentation, ensuring its accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
Helpdesk/IT support.

Broad understanding of end-user technologies, infrastructure, and networking.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate in both the local language and English.
Proven ability to effectively coordinate between users, Service Desk, and central IT teams.
Organized, independent, and structured approach to managing priorities and stakeholders.
Problem-solving and escalation management skills.
