Job Summary:

THE TEAM

Ticketmaster Poland is looking for a person for the position of IT Specialist in Katowice. You will be part of a regional structure that includes a market such as Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Switzerland. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of a new project and software, technical support during events, ensuring operational security on-site, as well as taking technical care of office devices. Above all, you will gain experience in the technical and technological activities offered by and in the company. We expect you to be an organized person with knowledge of the operation of Microsoft Windows OS and knowledge of device configuration and computer networks.

THE JOB

  • Implementation of new projects and tools
  • Monitoring existing tools, products, and participating in the implementation of new ones
  • Participation in event support provided by Ticketmaster
  • Maintaining and managing hardware and software resources in the office

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Providing information about changes in projects, such as testing, development, preparation, launch, or retirement.
  • Tracking all new and existing products and TM projects (INTL meetings and confluence pages)
  • Knowledge and support for the development of the first line of business
  • Daily technical support in the office using the Salesforce queue
  • Control over the flow of information in the companys resources
  • Technical documentation and product manuals, as well as documentation of the companys processes and procedures
  • Installation and management of the companys hardware based on Windows and Android operating systems.
  • On-site technical support

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW / TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Android operating systems
  • Technical knowledge of office and network equipment
  • Knowledge of English in speech and writing - communicative level
  • Availability to provide technical support at events
  • Category B driving license
  • Knowledge of computer networks will be an additional asset
